This is our go to vet. We came here for our old boy prince and his bad back needing x-rays as he has two bad discs. And recently came with out two puppies one having worms when we adopted her not knowing this till recently and brought her brother Milo in to test if he had them two. Over all we have had good luck with them besides one time recently taking Milo in to be tested we were told they had throw away his sample and gave him a test that we already had done 3 times a week prior. Then only for us to call several times to find out what to do since they threw the sample out. Later in the day we finally got a call back that they misplaced it forgot the sample and still had it. Soon as it was found they did send it out to be tested. That’s the only hiccup we have had. Over all we have had very positive experience and everyone does amazing with the dogs and it’s rare but pretty sure Milo loves this vet lol.

I wish I had begun my pets' care here so much sooner. Dr Brackee has been wonderful and when there, you feel he genuinely cares about you and your pet. He recommended special renal care food that I believe is extending my Yorkie Ali's life.

Over priced for location. Vets aren’t good listeners. I don’t know if that’s just a thing everywhere though.. took 4 days to get a quote that was ridiculously high. But did do good about getting me in and getting me back in reasonably time for a busy vet office.

I love these guys and so does my pug. The staff are a total delight to work with. They are thoughtful, considerate, patient, and always very informative. My dog and I are very pleased to be in their care.

Words can’t express how wonderful this office has been for us over the last 4+ years.I have an extremely vet anxious/ reactive German shepherd and I know that can be scary even for a seasoned vet, but they could not be more accommodating. It’s evident they are passionate about helping EVERY animal receive quality veterinary care, not just the easy ones - they even have a room with its own private entrance so we don’t have to walk through the lobby. Their prices are very fair, and every staff member has been kind and reassuring. They have always made us feel welcome. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for this office. Thank you BVH staff!!!

DO NOT USE Gordon Brackee or THIS vet office. My dog was 2 years old came in with a major concern, rapid weight loss, 30lbs in less than a month and he told us it was normal and he was in good health. Sold us simparica trio and did nothing to help us. this “Dr” Gordon Brackee lacks knowledge, concern and care for animals.
